We DO NOT grade and we DO NOT claim any of our products to be mint condition, unless they are graded by a reputable grading service. IMPORTANT SHIPPING DETAILS:

Single items will be shipped first class. Two or more will be either first class or priority depending on weight and size. 

Note: We may use a variation of USPS, FedEx, and or UPS for any orders at our discretion, unless you the buyer paid for a different service. 

Packing/Shipment: All of our products are packaged with care and lots of love. Remember we are collectors as well and we understand how it feels to receive bad and good shipping. 

Paint/Box: No figure has perfect paint finish, minor misses and alike are very common due to mass production. We do our best to pick the best boxes from our stock. Any noticeable box damage(s) will be noted in our descriptions. 

Shipping/Package Content Disclaimer: Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the contents is not considered damage. Small creases, scuffs or indentations on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes.

Sales/Returns/Exchanges: All sales are final unless stated in the description. No returns, No exchanges, No buyer's remorse.

Shipment: Items will be packed and shipped within 3 days of receiving payment unless it is a pre-order item. Shipping on weekends can happen but not guaranteed. Please be aware that there may be occasional delivery delay warnings on the postal services websites (e.g. due to current events, holidays, etc.)

Tracking: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Most products we ship out will come with immediate tracking. 

Note: Pre-ordered items will not come with tracking until it is shipped out but you the (buyer) may receive a shipment notification after 1 day or so. Please do not be alarmed this is standard practice to keep our eBay ratings in good standing. Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive actual tracking #'s. 

International Shipping: We only use Priority Mail International. It can be tracked and is insured and more reliable than first class.

Note: International shipping is currently not available but this may change at any time.

International Buyers: Please note that import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be prior to bidding or buying. Also, you may be required to physically go to your customs office to pick up your item.
